SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship We currently ship to the United States.

Order processing Orders are processed within 1 business day (within 24 hours). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your address. You'll see the estimated delivery date before you pay.

Estimated delivery is 2-4 weeks after dispatch.

Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking updates immediately upon shipment.

Delays Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays and weather can add time. If your order hasn't arrived within 2–3 business days of the estimate, email us at support@getgrippli.com and we'll chase it for you.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery, and a reshipping charge may apply.

Lost or damaged parcels If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it delivered but you haven't received it, email us at support@getgrippli.com and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy.
